Customer Service Representative

Customer Service Representative will be responsible for fielding inbound calls from clients who are looking to receive service on the company's products. Reps will field the call, try to understand/troubleshoot the issue, and then schedule an appointment for a service technician to go onsite and fix the issue. In addition to fielding the calls, they will be responsible for logging the calls in their internal CRM system. They will be fielding around 50 calls/day during their busy season (Oct-Jan). Individual must be able to multi-task, maintain a positive attitude, and show initiative. The vast majority of these calls are related scheduling onsite service. They will also be working in Excel spreadsheets for some simple invoicing. The clerical part of the role can be quite repetitive and mundane, but is easy to learn.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
