Packaging Lead Position Summary

Schedule

• Monday – Friday: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM or until work is completed
• Saturdays as needed

Pay

• $19.00 – $20.00 per hour

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Packaging Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills, work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and have experience with detailed picking and packing operations. This role requires excellent organizational skills, computer experience, and dependable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support packaging team members to ensure daily production goals are met
• Pick and pack detailed customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Maintain organization and accuracy throughout the packaging process
• Use computer systems for order processing, inventory, and tracking
• Ensure quality standards and shipping requirements are followed
• Assist with training and motivating team members
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
• Complete tasks in a timely manner in a fast-paced setting

Qualifications

• Must speak, read, and write English
• Demonstrated leadership qualities
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Experience with picking and packing detailed orders
• Comfortable working with computers and warehouse systems
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable with excellent attendance and punctuality
• Team player with a positive attitude
