Job Summary
Respiratory Therapist Registered in the Washington state is sought for a hospital-based position located near the PNW beaches and the Olympic National Forest. This role involves providing comprehensive respiratory care to patients in a fast-paced acute care environment. The position requires maintaining current certifications and practicing within the scope of a Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP).

Job Details

• Location: Located close to the PNW beaches and the Olympic National Forest.
• Schedule: Night shifts, 12-hour shifts from 5:30 PM to 6:00 AM, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Current Washington State license as a Respiratory Care Practitioner, BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications. Prefer one year of current acute care experience; recent graduates may be considered. Ability to lift fifty (50) pounds from floor to waist, fifty (50) pounds from wheelchair to bed, five (5) pounds overhead, pull fifty (50) pounds from stretcher to bed, and push a loaded stretcher of 150 pounds over 300 feet. Adequate auditory and visual abilities for procedures and patient observation.
• Preferred Qualifications: Strong obstetric (OB) experience and team-player attitude.
• Additional Information: Housing options include options at Econolodge, Harborview Inn B&B, Heather Meadows, Ramada Inn, Aberdeen Hotel, and Monte Square Motel, with rates suited for long-term assignments.
