Full-Time ASL Paraprofessional / Interpreter – School-Based | Edmonds, WA

ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated ASL Paraprofessional / Interpreter for a full-time, school-based opportunity in the Edmonds, Washington area. This position is ideal for a candidate with experience supporting students in a school setting who is comfortable utilizing American Sign Language (ASL) to assist with communication and student success.

The ASL Paraprofessional / Interpreter will work alongside teachers, special education staff, and other school professionals to provide individualized support to students throughout the school day.

Position Details:

Full-time, school-based position
Location: Edmonds, WA
Provide ASL communication and classroom support
Work directly with students and collaborate with educational staff
Support students with academic, communication, and day-to-day classroom needs

Minimum Requirements:

Candidates must have at least one year of in-school experience and meet at least ONE of the following educational/assessment requirements:

Score of 461 or higher on the ETS ParaPro exam
Associate degree or higher
Completion of an approved paraeducator apprenticeship

Candidates should also have experience utilizing American Sign Language (ASL) and be comfortable providing direct student support in a school environment.
