CDL Class A DriverPosition Overview: DNC Hydraulics is seeking a dependable and safety-focused CDL Class A Driver to support daily transportation and delivery operations. This role is responsible for the safe, timely, and accurate delivery of materials and equipment while maintaining a high level of customer service.The ideal candidate demonstrates strong accountability, attention to detail, and a commitment to representing DNC Hydraulics professionally on the road and at customer locations.Key Responsibilities:Safely load, transport, and deliver materials to customer locations in a timely mannerPerform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and complianceAssist with loading and unloading of trucks and trailers as neededFollow assigned routes, delivery schedules, and dispatch instructionsComply with all federal, state, and local transportation laws and DOT regulationsMaintain accurate delivery documentation, logs, and required reportsCommunicate effectively with dispatch, team members, and customersEnsure proper handling and securement of all loads to prevent damageRepresent DNC Hydraulics with professionalism and a customer-first mindsetQualifications & Requirements:Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)Clean driving record and commitment to safe driving practicesMust meet all DOT (Department of Transportation) requirements, including medical certificationMust successfully pass pre-employment and ongoing drug and alcohol screenings in accordance with DOT regulationsHigh school diploma or equivalent preferredPrior CDL driving experience requiredAbility to operate trucks and trailers safely under varying conditionsStrong time management and organizational skillsDependable attendance and punctualityAbility to lift, load, and unload materials as neededPrimarily local routes with occasional overnight travel as neededWork Environment, Schedule & Expectations:Primarily first-shift, Monday through FridayDaily local routes with occasional overnight travel as neededMinimum expectation of 40 hours per weekFlexibility required to work approximately 45–55 hours during peak or busy periodsOvertime is workload-driven and not guaranteed as a permanent scheduleSchedule may vary based on business demands and delivery needsTeam members are expected to support one another to meet customer commitments during high-demand periods
