Prep Cook
As a Prep Cook, you'll play an important role in setting our kitchen up for success. You'll prepare fresh ingredients, follow recipes with precision, and help ensure our culinary team has everything they need to serve high-quality meals throughout the day. If you enjoy working with fresh food, staying organized, and being part of a supportive team, we'd love to meet you.
We hire PEOPLE and train them to be successful. Restaurant experience is a plus, but it's not required. If you're dependable, eager to learn, and enjoy working in a team environment, you'll fit right in!

Key Responsibilities (Including But Not Limited To)
- Prepare fresh ingredients by washing, chopping, slicing, mixing, and portioning according to recipes and standards.
- Follow recipes and prep lists with accuracy and consistency.
- Label, date, and properly store food items following food safety guidelines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized prep and kitchen area.
- Assist with receiving, stocking, and rotating inventory using FIFO practices.
- Perform quality checks to ensure all ingredients meet our freshness and quality standards.
- Support the culinary team with food preparation throughout the shift.
- Comply with all restaurant standards for food safety, sanitation, and quality.
- Handle kitchen equipment safely and clean spills promptly.
- Assist with taking out trash, cardboard, and recycling as needed.
- Work efficiently with the team to keep the kitchen running smoothly.
