AI Solutions Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Solutions Architect to design and build our enterprise AI capabilities end-to-end. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll define architecture standards, select technologies, and actively develop AI‑powered applications, agents, and automations. You will play a critical role in connecting AI solutions to the company’s data ecosystem—especially Snowflake—ensuring all solutions are built on trusted, governed data. This position is ideal for a senior technologist who thrives equally in architecture design, coding, and data engineering. Dallas, TX (Hybrid) Key Responsibilities Design scalable, secure AI architectures aligned with business needs Translate requirements into end‑to‑end AI solutions across data, models, and apps Develop standards for RAG, copilots, agents, ML, and automation Evaluate AI tools, platforms, and vendors Ensure performance, scalability, cost‑efficiency, and security Hands‑on Development Build AI applications using platforms like Azure OpenAI, Copilot Studio, and Claude Develop RAG pipelines, agents, and business automations Create prompts, guardrails, and evaluation frameworks Prototype and productionize AI use cases rapidly Data & Snowflake Integration Design pipelines connecting Snowflake and enterprise data to AI systems Build embedding pipelines, vector search, and semantic data layers Partner with data teams (dbt, ADF, Databricks) to prepare AI‑ready data Leverage Snowflake features (Cortex AI, Snowpark, Streams & Tasks) Ensure data governance, security, and compliance standards Integration & Enterprise Fit Integrate AI solutions with Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, ERP, and business systems Define secure architecture across identity, networking, and data flows Partner cross‑functionally to deploy and operationalize AI solutions Establish monitoring, observability, and production support models Leadership & Continuous Improvement Mentor engineers and guide technical design decisions Define coding, security, and responsible AI standards Monitor AI performance (quality, cost, latency) and optimize continuously Communicate technical strategy to stakeholders at all levels Required Qualifications 7+ years in software engineering or architecture 2+ years building and architecting AI/ML solutions end‑to‑end Strong Python (or similar) and experience with AI frameworks (OpenAI, LangChain, Semantic Kernel, etc.) Strong SQL and experience with Snowflake or similar data platforms Expertise in modern data architectures (warehouse, lakehouse, ETL/ELT) Deep understanding of LLMs, embeddings, vector search, and orchestration Strong enterprise architecture knowledge (cloud, security, integration, identity) Excellent stakeholder communication skills Understanding of responsible AI principles (privacy, bias, security) Preferred Qualifications Experience with Snowflake tools (Cortex AI, Snowpark, Dynamic Tables, etc.) Background in dbt, Azure Data Factory, Fivetran, or Airbyte Experience with Microsoft AI stack (Azure OpenAI, Fabric, Copilot Studio) Data architecture expertise (lakehouse, data mesh, MDM) Experience building agent‑based or multi‑step AI workflows Familiarity with LLMOps (evaluation, monitoring, CI/CD for AI) Relevant certifications (Azure Solutions Architect, SnowPro, AI Engineer) Bachelor’s or Master’s in CS, Engineering, or related field What You’ll Bring Strong systems thinking with a hands‑on builder mindset Ability to move seamlessly between architecture, code, and data Pragmatic approach to delivering scalable AI solutions Focus on delivering real business value with trusted enterprise data #J-18808-Ljbffr Adamas Energy
