You’ll connect virtually with individuals and families to provide guidance on supplemental benefit programs and enrollment.

Accountabilities

• Meet with clients virtually through Zoom and other online communication platforms to understand their needs and provide responsive support.
• Build lasting client relationships through professional communication, active listening, reliable follow-up, and exceptional customer service.
• Educate individuals and families about available supplemental benefit programs and help them understand their options.
• Answer client questions and guide individuals through enrollment processes and required information.
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure follow-up communications are completed in a timely manner.
• Manage daily activities and schedules independently while remaining engaged with a collaborative remote team.
• Participate in ongoing virtual training, coaching, mentorship, and professional development programs.
• Apply feedback and continuously strengthen communication, relationship-building, problem-solving, and client-service capabilities.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport and explain information clearly.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities, with a professional and client-focused approach.
• Positive attitude, adaptability, and willingness to learn new processes, tools, and industry knowledge.

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, retail, hospitality, healthcare, education, leadership, or other client-facing environments is helpful but not required.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Must reside in the United States and have access to a computer or laptop, reliable high-speed internet, webcam, microphone, and a quiet professional workspace.
