About the Position

Job Title: RN Med/Surg Profession: Nursing Specialty: Med-Surg Adult Duration: 12 weeks Shift: Nights Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 3 years License: Current, active license as a Registered Nurse in the State of Colorado Certifications: Must maintain current BLS; ACLS and PALS preferred Description: Work where others vacation in beautiful surroundings. Position involves providing direct acute care and swing bed patient care as a team member. Evaluate health status through the collection and assessment of health data. Provide health teaching and health counseling to patients. Administer therapy and treatment that is supportive and restorative to life and well-being. Execute delegated medical functions as required. Review and monitor therapy and treatment plans as necessary. Document all assessment, interventions, teaching, and care coordination efforts accurately and timely. Collaborate with ancillary departments and physician providers to address patients' medical, social, and spiritual needs in a culturally and age-appropriate manner. Schedule will include every other weekend. No mandatory overtime, but overtime is allowable.
