Internet Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing internet sales team
• Manage and respond to inbound internet leads quickly and effectively
• Drive appointment setting and maintain strong show ratios (50%+)
• Execute consistent follow-up to convert leads into showroom traffic
• Handle third-party leads and online inquiries to generate sales opportunities
• Track activity and performance within CRM tools
• Train team members on internet sales and lead management best practices
• Collaborate with marketing to improve lead quality and conversion
• Ensure a professional and seamless customer experience throughout the online process
• Support dealership sales goals, including evenings and weekends as needed

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of automotive dealership sales experience (required)
• Proven success in handling internet leads and driving appointment conversions
• Strong leadership ability with experience developing or mentoring others
• High level of motivation, accountability, and career focus
• Exceptional phone, communication, and follow-up skills
• Ability to manage high-volume activity (calls, texts, emails) daily
• Experience with CRM tools (VinSolutions or similar preferred)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
