Outpatient Cancer Center Dietitian

Full‑Time Outpatient Cancer Center Dietitian Position located at SSM Health Saint Louis University Hospital. You will be the primary dietitian for Otolaryngology, Hematology & Oncology, Bone Marrow Transplant, Radiation Oncology, and Infusion Center clinics. Key Responsibilities Manage time independently and reliably. Provide evidence‑based medical nutrition therapy and nutrition counseling to patients, including enteral nutrition support. Build strong rapport with nursing and medical staff to deliver exemplary patient, staff, and community care. Collaborate with dietetic interns from Saint Louis University for acute‑care clinical training. Benefits Reimbursement for AND dues, state licensure fees, and CDR renewal. Compensation Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by education level or years of relevant experience. Salary offers are based on specific criteria such as experience, skills, education, and training. Qualifications & Requirements Minimum education: Master’s degree with required coursework and supervised practice (ACEND) or Bachelor’s degree (eligible for registration exam prior to 1/1/24). Credentials: Eligibility for Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RD/RDN) by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) and registration within 120 days of hire; RD/RDN credential required by time of hire in some states/facilities. Certification/ licensure as required by state of practice; required at time of hire in some states/facilities. Minimum functional experience: 3 years as a practitioner able to work with minimal supervision.
