FOH Service Lead & Team Trainer

Trails End Taphouse & Restaurant is seeking an outgoing leader to head our restaurant service team. You will hire, train, and supervise FOH staff while coordinating service 4-5 nights a week and ensuring top guest experiences. The ideal candidate has prior lead or management experience, strong communication with diverse personalities, and the ability to manage sales and labor metrics.
