About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of IT Strategy, Planning, and Governance to play a pivotal role in the organization's mission to redefine the delivery of exceptional experiences in a digital landscape. The successful candidate will be a passionate leader with a proven track record in leveraging technology for business transformation. This role demands a strategic thinker who can align IT initiatives with the company's broader goals, driving significant impacts across the enterprise. The VP will lead a talented team, and partner with diverse business leaders, and external service providers to revolutionize the IT organization. Key responsibilities include crafting and implementing adaptive governance frameworks, establishing robust IT roadmaps, and enhancing demand planning processes to ensure the success and accountability of IT projects. Applicants for the Vice President position should have a minimum of 15 years experience in delivering IT initiatives across various domains, with a strong background in building and leading functional IT PMOs. The role requires exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to drive business, cultural, and technological change in dynamic environments and a strong focus on business partnership and collaboration with senior executive teams. The VP will be responsible for high-quality demand and portfolio management, and budget and performance management, and will be expected to inspire and mentor their team, fostering a culture of empowerment, innovation, and continuous improvement.
