The IB Tech & CRM/Analytics team is a highly strategic and cross-functional team responsible for leading the firm’s global digitalization effort. This initiative, spanning all client-facing business units and corporate functions, will drive innovation and strategic change through technology, data science, and deep analytics. The team partners with key business leaders and industry experts to build transformational technology to drive revenue, maximize efficiency, and optimize the allocation of resources.

The IB Tech & CRM/Analytics team is at the forefront of Jefferies’ cloud initiative, leveraging best-in-class cloud-based technologies to replace legacy on-premises solutions to provide intelligent trend insights, actionable opportunities, decision support, and transparency into all client and business-related activities.

We are seeking an experienced iOS Mobile Developer to join our front-end engineering team within the investment banking and global markets divisions. This role will focus on designing, developing, and evolving large-scale mobile applications that power critical trading, analytics, and AI platforms.

You’ll work closely with UI/UX designers, product owners, and back-end engineers to deliver modern, high-performance web applications using the latest versions of Swift .

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance native iOS applications using Swift and modern Apple frameworks.
\n
• Collaborate with architects and engineering teams to define application architecture, data flow, and integration patterns.
\n
• Leverage SwiftUI, UIKit, Combine, Swift Concurrency (async/await), and modern iOS development best practices to build scalable mobile applications.
\n
• Partner with UX/UI designers to deliver intuitive, accessible, and user-centric mobile experiences across iPhone and iPad platforms.
\n
• Integrate RESTful APIs, GraphQL services, and third-party SDKs while ensuring security, reliability, and performance.
\n
• Contribute to code reviews, architectural discussions, and technical design sessions to promote engineering excellence.
\n
• Continuously evaluate and adopt Apple ecosystem enhancements, including new iOS releases, frameworks, and development patterns.
\n
• Mentor junior developers and help foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and technical craftsmanship.
\n
• Champion improvements in CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, release management, and mobile development standards across the organization.

Required Qualifications

\n
• 7+ years of professional experience developing native iOS applications using Swift.
\n
• Strong proficiency with Swift, SwiftUI, UIKit, Combine, and iOS SDK frameworks.
\n
• Experience building and supporting enterprise-grade or consumer-facing mobile applications at scale.
\n
• Deep understanding of MVVM, MVC, Clean Architecture, dependency injection, and mobile design patterns.
\n
• Hands-on experience integrating RESTful and GraphQL APIs, authentication protocols (OAuth2/OIDC), and secure mobile development practices.
\n
• Experience with local data persistence technologies such as Core Data, Realm, or SQLite.
\n
• Proficiency with automated testing frameworks including XCTest, XCUITest, and unit/integration testing methodologies.
\n
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Bitrise, or Azure DevOps.
\n
• Strong understanding of App Store deployment processes, provisioning profiles, certificates, and release management.
\n
• Ability to work effectively in agile, cross-functional teams.
\n

Preferred Qualifications

\n
• Experience with the latest iOS releases and Apple platform technologies.
\n
• Knowledge of Objective-C and experience supporting legacy iOS applications.
\n
• Familiarity with performance optimization, memory management, and application profiling using Instruments.
\n
• Experience developing applications within financial services, banking, fintech, or other highly regulated industries.
\n
• Published applications available in the Apple App Store.
\n

The salary offered will take into consideration an individual’s experience level and qualifications.
