Program Coordinator

Our client is seeking a Program Coordinator to support the planning, implementation, and coordination of departmental programs, projects, and operational initiatives. This role serves as a key liaison between internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders to ensure program goals, timelines, and deliverables are achieved. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, experience managing multiple priorities, and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative healthcare or research environment. Experience in public health, laboratory quality, research operations, or healthcare program administration is preferred but not required. Required: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Biological Sciences, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. 2+ years of experience in program coordination, project coordination, healthcare administration, research operations, or a related field. Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
