Location Fort Collins; Denver, Colorado Employment Type Full time Location Type On-site Department Clinical Compensation $40 – $48 per hour Infusion Nurse (RN) – Outpatient Clinic Fort Collins, CO | Full-Time | 4-Day Workweek (Tuesday–Friday) | No Weekends If you’re an infusion nurse who’s burned out on hospital pace—or tired of unpredictable schedules—this role is intentionally different. This is a low-volume, outpatient infusion role where you can focus on patient care, use your IV skills regularly, and work a consistent, predictable 4-day schedule. What Makes This Role Different Low patient volume (8–10/day across the clinic) – not a high-throughput infusion center 3 infusion chairs (with a 4th as needed) – manageable, controlled environment You’ll typically manage 2–3 patients at a time Set schedule: Tuesday–Friday – no nights, no weekends Built for consistency and sustainability, not shift coverage What You’ll Do Start IVs and administer specialty infusion therapies Manage patients across 2–3 infusion chairs simultaneously Monitor patients for infusion reactions and complications Provide patient education and maintain a high standard of clinical care Collaborate with the infusion team and practice leadership Utilize advanced IV support tools (including UV vein finder technology) Maintain safe, efficient infusion workflows as the center grows Training & Support Even experienced nurses receive structured onboarding.
