Exciting Opportunity for LVN/LPN in Stunning Alaska!

Job Description:


- Position: LVN/LPN
- Specialty: Long Term Care (LTC)
- Experience Required: Previous travel experience mandatory
- License: Current Alaska license in hand
- Start Date: ASAP


- Shift Options:
- 4x12 Variable (choose your preferred schedule)
- 3x12 Variable (traveler's choice)
- Note: Shifts will be either Days or Nights, based on facility needs. No rotation between shifts required.


- Contract Duration: Traveler can select between 13 or 26-week assignment


- Patient Ratios: 1:20
- Minimum Years of Experience: 1 year
- First Timers Accepted: No


- Required Certifications:
- BLS certification
- Alaska Food Worker Certification (obtained on-site during orientation)


- Skills Required: LTC experience


- On-call Requirement: No


- Floating Within Scope: Yes


- Block Schedule Accommodation: No
- Locals Accepted: No (Candidates must possess a permanent address at least 50 miles from facility)
- Pending License Accepted: No


- RTO Restrictions:
- Maximum of 2 weeks RTO for a 26-week contract
- Must be available to work at least 2 of the 3 major winter holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's)
- RTO must be provided with submittal; no changes after contract signing.


- Guaranteed Hours:
- 60 hours per 2 weeks
- Traveler may be called off for 1, 12-hour shift per 2 weeks
