We are a fully remote, mission-driven team seeking a soul-aligned Psychiatrist who is passionate about integrative, whole-person care and wants to make a meaningful impact in the lives of clients.

About the Role

We are seeking a licensed Psychiatrist to provide part-time, remote psychiatric care to adult clients. This is a flexible Independent Contractor position, ideal for a physician who values autonomy, holistic approaches, and working within a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.

Estimated Commitment: 8–12 hours per week (flexible scheduling)

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and medication management via telehealth
• Provide psychiatric consultations and/or therapy sessions
• Support safe medication tapering when clinically appropriate
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team (therapists, NPs, wellness practitioners)
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care aligned with holistic principles

Requirements

Licensure & Credentials

• Active, unrestricted California medical license (MD or DO)
• Board Certified in Psychiatry
• Valid DEA registration
• Current malpractice insurance

Experience & Alignment

• Minimum 3 years of post-residency clinical experience
• Experience with telehealth/remote psychiatric care
• Open to integrative and holistic mental health approaches
• Comfortable supporting medication tapering when appropriate
• Strong alignment with whole-person, patient-centered care

Technical & Professional

• Comfortable using EHR systems and telehealth platforms
• Reliable internet connection
• Strong communication skills and professionalism

Compensation

We offer flexible compensation structures based on your preference:

• $140–$165/hour for direct patient care
• Flexible arrangements (hourly or blended structures) available
• Final terms will be outlined in a formal Independent Contractor agreement
