Strong team environment Plenty of advancement opportunities Who We’re Looking For Previous retail merchandising experience A self-starter and quick learner who enjoys working both independently and in a team setting Someone who is comfortable in changing environments Someone who is able to meet the physical requirements of the role, with or without a reasonable accommodation, which include: Standing and walking 3-8hrs Lifting up to 50 lbs Crouching, bending, twisting, and repetitive hand movements Possesses excellent organizational skills A strong communicator with the ability to build relationships with business partners. Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license. What You’ll Be Doing Execute all pack-outs in assigned territory per required schedule. Set all shelves, end caps and displays, to provided planogram (POG). Ensure sections are properly tagged. Pack out any backstock from the backroom. Remove non-planogram items and place them in designated area. Accurately complete all required reporting and upload completion photos. Report observations regularly to management regarding stock level, out-of-stock situations, and competitive threats. Why Force One?
