In this role, you will prepare and review federal and state returns, analyze financial data, and identify tax-saving opportunities using Intuit's cloud-based platforms like TurboTax and QuickBooks. You'll research complex tax issues, provide clear guidance to customers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine our tax solutions. Responsibilities Prepare and review individual and small-business federal and state tax returns using Intuit platforms Research complex tax issues and apply current regulations to ensure accurate filings Analyze financial data to identify deductions, credits, and tax-saving opportunities Respond to customer tax questions and provide clear, compliant guidance Collaborate with product, engineering, and support teams to improve Intuit's tax solutions Maintain detailed documentation and workpapers supporting tax positions Ensure compliance with IRS and state tax laws, deadlines, and quality standards Participate in continuous learning on evolving tax codes, regulations, and Intuit tools Support testing and feedback for new or enhanced tax software features Protect customer data and maintain strict confidentiality and ethical standards Required Skills U.
