About the Role

You'll lead the team that is the first voice every prospective client hears. These are warm inbound inquiries — people who already reached out about a legal matter that matters a great deal to them. Your job is to make sure that every one of those conversations is handled well and that the right people become clients. You'll own the number, and you'll get there through your team.

This isn't a hunting role. You won't be cold calling, chasing lists, or building a book from scratch — the inquiries come to us. What this takes is someone who can listen to a call and know exactly what to change, who can hold a team to a standard without stripping the warmth out of it, and who is comfortable being measured on conversion. The team is growing, so you'll be hiring, training, and building the process as you go, with room to grow as the firm does.

What You'll Do

• Lead, coach, and develop a growing team of client intake specialists
• Own conversion end to end — first inquiry, to consultation booked, to client retained
• Listen to calls, review them with your team, and raise the quality of every conversation
• Set targets, track performance, and report on pipeline and conversion
• Manage schedules and coverage so no inquiry goes unanswered
• Build and refine the intake process, scripts, and follow-up cadence
• Hire, onboard, and train new intake staff as the team scales
• Work with the marketing team so your team knows what's driving inquiries
• Work with the attorneys so handoffs from intake are clean and nothing is lost
• Handle escalations and the conversations that need a manager
• Keep client information confidential

What We're Looking For

Required

• 3+ years in sales, intake, admissions, or client services, including experience leading or coaching a team
• A track record of improving conversion or hitting targets through other people, not just personally
• Comfortable with numbers — pipeline, conversion rates, and reporting
• Strong coaching instincts: you can listen to a call and know what needs to change
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication
• CRM experience
• Able to work on-site in Fort Lauderdale, Monday through Friday

Preferred

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Background in legal, professional services, healthcare, or education admissions
• Experience building or improving an intake or inside sales process from scratch
• Experience hiring and onboarding a team

Compensation

$80,000–$90,000 per year, depending on experience.
