Senior Living Sales Counselor

Lifespace Communities is seeking a compassionate Retirement Living Counselor to help older adults and their families explore community living options. You’ll listen to prospective residents’ needs, explain services and care choices, coordinate community visits, and guide families through the decision-making and admissions process. Partner with colleagues across senior living operations to provide accurate, thoughtful support from first inquiry through transition.
