Production Laborer

We are seeking a dependable General Laborer to support the repair, refurbishment, and maintenance of mobile offices, storage containers, and modular buildings at a leading workspace solutions company in Henderson, CO. This role is ideal for candidates with construction, maintenance, remodeling, carpentry, or general labor experience who enjoy hands-on work and take pride in restoring units to high-quality standards.

Pay & Shift:

Mon-Fri 7:30AM-3:30PM: $21/hr

Thurs-Sun 7:30AM-5:30PM: $23/hr

Location: Henderson, CO

Responsibilities:

• Perform repairs and refurbishments on mobile offices, modular buildings, and storage units
• Repair or replace flooring, walls, ceilings, doors, windows, and siding as needed
• Complete basic carpentry, painting, drywall, and finishing work
• Conduct general maintenance, cleaning, and preparation of units for customer delivery
• Install and repair fixtures, hardware, cabinets, and interior components
• Perform minor electrical and plumbing repairs when applicable
• Use hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment safely and effectively
• Load, unload, move, and organize materials and supplies around the yard
• Inspect units for damage and identify required repairs
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in general labor, construction, maintenance, remodeling, or carpentry preferred
• Ability to perform repairs using basic hand and power tools
• Experience with painting, drywall, flooring, or building maintenance is a plus
• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read and follow work orders and repair instructions
• Forklift experience is a plus but not required
• Valid driver's license preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physically demanding work throughout the day
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Henderson, CO.

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

This is a fully onsite position in Henderson,CO.
