*Job Summary*
We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented *General Dentist* to join our dynamic and patient‑centered team in *Springfield, MA*. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages while ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and compassion.

*Responsibilities*

* Perform general dentistry procedures, including exams, cleanings, fillings, crowns, and extractions
* Conduct patient assessments and diagnose oral health issues
* Develop individualized treatment plans and communicate options clearly using accurate dental terminology
* Perform dental extractions, root canal therapy, prosthodontics, endodontic procedures, and oral surgery as needed
* Maintain accurate, compliant medical documentation in accordance with HIPAA standards
* Operate dental imaging equipment and interpret results for diagnostic purposes
* Adhere strictly to aseptic techniques and infection control protocols

*Experience & Qualifications*

* Proven clinical experience in a general dentistry setting
* Proficiency with dental practice management software (Epic, Eaglesoft, Dentrix preferred)
* Experience with pediatric dentistry is a plus
* Strong understanding of medical terminology, imaging, and records management
* Familiarity with dental fabrication processes and endodontic procedures
* Ability to confidently perform extractions, root canals, and prosthodontic services
* Excellent patient care, communication, and education skills
