We are looking for a detail-oriented Dispatcher to join our team in a contract-to-permanent position. This role supports daily service coordination by managing incoming requests, arranging technician schedules, and maintaining accurate billing-related records. The ideal candidate brings strong customer service skills, stays organized in a busy environment, and is comfortable handling administrative and data entry tasks with precision.

Responsibilities:
• Respond to incoming service requests and gather the information needed to route appointments efficiently.
• Coordinate technician schedules to ensure timely coverage and effective use of field resources.
• Provide attentive support to customers by answering questions and communicating appointment updates clearly.
• Enter invoice and service-related information into internal systems with a high level of accuracy.
• Maintain organized service records and assist with billing documentation as needed.
• Balance multiple priorities throughout the day while adapting to changing customer and operational needs.
• Support accounting-related administrative tasks connected to invoicing, receivables, and recordkeeping.• At least 1 year of experience in dispatching, customer service, administrative support, or a related role.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting while managing several tasks at once.
• Strong data entry skills with close attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience supporting billing, accounts receivable, or account reconciliation activities is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other standard office software.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize workload independently.
