Work hours: 8 AM to 5 PM CST
Team: Candidate will be primarily working in the US with a team of 5 people. 1 Pega Engineer, 3 Senior Engineers, 1 Project manager
Responsibilities
- Candidate will be leading the production support of PAS and PANDA applications.
- Investigating root cause of issues, resolving problem tickets, bug fixes, monitoring and coaching other team members
Ideal Background: Knowledge of the PBM prior auth industry and experience using BPM tools.
