Corporate Transactional AttorneySeeking for a corporate transactional attorney with at least 3 years of experience to join our team in the downtown Hartford office.Qualified candidates will have a background and increasing responsibility in commercial/corporate law, with particular emphasis on transactional work.Experience with M&A, commercial contracts, or financing transactions is preferred.
