Quality Control Manager
The quality control manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day quality control activities to ensure products meet established quality standards and customer requirements. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and experience working within regulated manufacturing environments. Location: Saint Paul, MN Wage: $116,000 - $143,000 annually Hours: 6:00 AM 3:30 PM MondayThursday, 6:00 AM 12:00 PM Friday Type: Direct Hire

Duties of the quality control manager:
- Maintain compliance with AS9100D, ISO 13485, and other applicable quality requirements
- Manage audits, inspections, corrective actions, and quality documentation
- Investigate quality issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions
- Monitor quality metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and leadership teams to improve processes and performance
Requirements of the quality control manager:
- Quality management or related manufacturing quality experience
- Strong knowledge of AS9100D, ISO 13485, and quality management systems
- Experience conducting audits, managing corrective actions, and implementing process improvements.
- Ability to analyze data, solve complex quality issues, and drive continuous improvement efforts.
