Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:

• Holds or eligible for a current Washington State ESA (Educational Staff Associate) certification
• Licensed Occupational Therapist in Washington State
• Meets all fingerprinting requirements through OSPI
• Experience in school-based OT or pediatric settings is strongly preferred
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Flexible to work with different grade levels, as caseloads are assigned based on both candidate preference and school needs

Responsibilities:

• Deliver in-person occupational therapy services to students, supporting their educational participation and functional independence
• Assess students’ needs and develop individualized therapy plans
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to implement IEPs, monitor progress, and advocate for student success
• Maintain thorough documentation in accordance with district, state, and federal guidelines
• Contribute to multidisciplinary meetings and provide expertise for student support planning
• Adapt interventions and materials to target a wide range of developmental needs
