Station Casinos LLC. is seeking an Assistant Director of Food & Beverage for Red Rock in Las Vegas, NV. The role oversees high-volume, multi-outlet operations, ensuring guest satisfaction, policy compliance, and tight cost controls.

You will train and evaluate management and Team Members, coordinate scheduling, monitor inventory, and enforce brand standards while maximizing profit and service quality.
