Our therapists treat patients in 40-minute, one-on-one sessions with no double booking . This allows you to focus on the patient in front of you, use your clinical judgment, and provide individualized care without the pressure of managing multiple patients at once.

Position Overview

We are seeking a Physical Therapist who wants the time and independence to provide thoughtful, individualized treatment. The PT will evaluate patients, establish plans of care, provide skilled treatment, monitor progress, and make clinical decisions based on each patient's needs. Our clinic treats a variety of orthopedic and neurological conditions, including post-operative rehabilitation, sports injuries, chronic pain, balance and vestibular conditions, pelvic floor, and other outpatient rehabilitation needs.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial and follow-up physical therapy evaluations
• Assess impairments and functional limitations
• Establish appropriate goals and individualized plans of care
• Provide skilled physical therapy treatment
• Utilize therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and other evidence-based techniques
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans when appropriate
• Develop and instruct patients in home exercise programs
• Educate patients on movement, recovery, injury prevention, and self-management
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
• Communicate effectively with patients, caregivers, physicians, and other healthcare professionals
• Collaborate with other members of the rehabilitation team
• Maintain current clinical knowledge and participate in professional development

Required:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent physical therapy degree
• Current Colorado PT license or ability to obtain Colorado licensure before employment
• Strong clinical reasoning and assessment skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Professional, dependable, and patient-centered approach
• Ability to independently manage a caseload while working effectively with a team

Preferred:

• CPR certification
• Outpatient rehabilitation experience
• Interest or experience in orthopedic, neurological, vestibular, sports, pelvic floor, or other specialty areas
