We are seeking a Regional Operations Manager (ROM) to oversee operations across multiple branch locations, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and a culture of continuous improvement. In this role, you will be responsible for driving operational success across the region, from achieving P&L targets to improving warehouse performance and developing high-performing teams. You'll work closely with Regional Sales Managers, RBOMs, and site leaders to deliver exceptional results for both our customers and the business.
