Key Responsibilities Prep and install the flooring in steps according to company procedures with high attention to detail and care Keep tools organized and clean and maintain a safe and clean work environment Understand the scope of work of the project before you arrive and familiarize yourself with the project file Handle company machinery and power tools properly Have knowledge of units of measurement and be able to complete simple math calculations Interact with customers in a friendly and polite manner; be trustworthy and comfortable in customers’ homes Ensure high quality company standards are met every time Work to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction with every aspect of the job Job requires travel throughout the week Qualifications 5 years in flooring installation Valid driver’s license and a functioning vehicle Ability to lift 50–75 lbs repeatedly Position requires repetitive crouching, squatting, standing, walking and lifting Position travels to various work locations throughout the week Note: This franchise is independently owned and operated by a franchisee.
