What You'll Do
- Provide specialized care to Neuro ICU patients, monitoring intracranial pressure, managing ventilators, and performing IV starts
- Monitor telemetry and utilize advanced EHR systems (Epic) for documentation
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to plan and implement patient care strategies
- Float within units of equivalent or lower acuity as needed
- Maintain adherence to all safety and clinical protocols, including certifications and documentation requirements
What You Need
Required:- Ohio RN license
- Minimum of 2 years Neuro ICU experience
- BCLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications (AHA only)
- Skills in IV start, telemetry, ventilators, intracranial pressure monitoring
- Epic EHR experience
- Experience with neuro-specific critical care practices
