WORKERS COMPENSATION ATTORNEY

We prefer Applicants to have two years experience in actively handling workers' compensation matters. Come work with our dynamic team in a friendly and collaborative environment. About the Role Ideal candidates will have experience in workers' compensation, are good with clients, feel comfortable handling all aspects of a litigation practice. Benefits Bar dues if you are employed when due. PTO is accrued as you go, 10 days per year. 401k benefit opportunity. The firm does not match. Medical Health insurance: The firm pays 80% of the premium for the employee on either Kaiser HMO or Anthem Silver HMO plan. You may upgrade to other HMO or PPO plans. Life insurance with limits of $50,000. 100% paid by employer. Dental insurance paid 80% for Humana Liberty LS200 DHMO. Vision insurance paid 80% Humana Vision 150. Voluntary accident, hospital indemnity, pet insurance and critical illness-optional at the employee’s expense. 6 days (major holidays). $50.00 monthly cell phone credit. MCLE classes and conventions at discretion of the firm. Office monthly parking. Mileage reimbursement to and from appearances at the IRS rate. Office hours are 8am-6pm M-F. In person three days per week. Remote two days per week. No moonlighting. CAALA and CELA fees to be paid by the firm. Referral fees on cases referred to the firm to be negotiated. Qualifications Experience: 2 years + in actively handling workers' compensation matters. Required Skills: Bar License (required).
