Customer Service Representative
Vitality Staffing
Manage multi-channel communications: Respond promptly to incoming customer inquiries via phone, chat, email, or social media platforms. Resolve issues & complaints: Investigate customer issues, troubleshoot product malfunctions, and offer fast, empathetic solutions Process account transactions: Handle customer orders, modifications, billing updates, product returns, and refund requests Maintain thorough documentation: Record transaction details, log customer complaints, and track resolutions inside internal CRM systems Key Skills & Qualifications
- Communication skills: Strong verbal and written articulation paired with active listening capabilities.
- Emotional intelligence: High levels of empathy, patience, and composure when managing upset or difficult customers.
- Problem-solving skills: Ability to quickly diagnose issues, think critically under pressure, and present clear solutions.
- Technical proficiency: Strong computer skills Must be fully bilingual
- Time management: Excellent multitasking abilities to handle multiple chat queues or account profiles concurrently.
