GenAI Architect - Healthcare AI Solutions Lead

Avanciers Incorporated is seeking a client-facing GenAI Engineer / Architect in Cambridge, MA to design and implement AI-enabled healthcare solutions. The role combines solution architecture with hands-on GenAI delivery and requires strong collaboration with business stakeholders and delivery teams.
