Developer Relations Manager

About the Role: Roblox is building the tools and platform that empower our community to create 3D immersive digital experiences. We are looking for a Developer Relations Manager to own the strategy and execution for developer growth in Europe. You will partner with publishers, emerging studios, and industry partners to drive adoption, accelerate development, and build long-term ecosystem relationships.

What You'll Do

• Own the strategy and execution for developer growth in the European region.
• Partner directly with publishers, developers, and studios to drive platform adoption and build ecosystem relationships.
• Act as the "voice of the partner," identifying and quantifying critical action items that impact regional growth.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Creator, and International teams.
• Represent Roblox at industry events and establish yourself as a strategic partner to the game dev community.
• Set team goals, monitor progress, and communicate regional risks/trends to leadership.

What You Bring

• 6+ years of experience in technical project management.
• Experience launching technical products in international markets.
• Proven ability to proactively communicate and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Experience using Roblox Studio, Unity, or Unreal Engine for game development.
• Data-driven mindset: your decisions are inspired by product usage and qualitative user insights.
• Self-directed, passionate, and energetic leader who thrives in team-based environments.
