Service Business Development Agent - Call Center

Description We have an immediate opening for an energetic, enthusiastic and highly motivated call center professional to join our growing and dynamic team! Qualifications At least one previous customer service‑related role Strong computer and phone skills Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Bilingual a plus! Responsibilities Answer customer calls and establish follow‑up with sales/service appointments. Respond quickly to internet, phone and live chat inquiries using email, scripts, and templates. Provide customers with initial product information and direct them to the appropriate dealership resources. Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or no‑show.
