Director of Global Strategic Partnerships will lead high-level collaborations with major BioPharma customers, managing account strategy and revenue growth across Danaher Life Sciences' product portfolio. The role combines customer engagement, sales leadership, and cross-platform commercial strategy in a fully remote position.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain strategic partnerships with key BioPharma customers through value proposition articulation
Orchestrate C-Suite and senior leadership meetings, on-site visits, and technical seminars
Develop and implement comprehensive account strategy aligned with revenue growth objectives
Manage sales pipeline, track leads efficiently, and report performance metrics to leadership
Identify and deploy cross-platform solutions leveraging Danaher LS portfolio synergies

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or higher in a science-related field
5+ years of sales experience in large BioPharma
7+ years of commercial experience in Life Sciences or related industry
2+ years successfully selling to VP and C-Suite level leaders
Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
Ability to travel 30-50% annually
Geographic preference for Philadelphia or mid-Atlantic region

Compensation: $140,000-$160,000 base; $240,000-$260,000 total compensation target annually with commission and bonus eligibility
