General Manager (Store Operations) Go Luxury Auto Group LLC is a brand new boutique retail store located in the Design District area of Dallas, TX. The family‑owned facility spans over 14,000 sq ft of showroom space and 3,700 sq ft of storage. The company sells luxury vehicles from manufacturers such as Mercedes‑Benz, Lexus, BMW, Land Rover, Jaguar, Maserati, Porsche, and Audi, serving a wide range of clients in the DFW market and across the United States. About Us Go Luxury Auto Group seeks an experienced Luxury Used Vehicle Sales Director/General Sales Manager with finance experience to join our team. Responsibilities Forecast goals and objectives for sales, gross and key expenses on a monthly and annual basis. Hire, motivate, counsel, and monitor the performance of all used‑vehicle sales employees. Prepare and administer an annual operating forecast and budget for the used‑vehicle sales department. Keep abreast of and comply with federal, state, and local regulations that affect used vehicle sales. Assist individual salespeople in setting aggressive yet realistic monthly goals and provide support to meet these goals. Ensure proper follow‑up of all potential buyers by developing, implementing, and monitoring a prospecting and sales control system. Develop and monitor a follow‑up system for used vehicle purchasers. Maintain vehicle inventory, monitor customer preferences, lost sales, and dealership sales history, and conduct local market analyses to determine which vehicles to stock. Conduct daily and weekly sales and training meetings. Establish and enforce product‑knowledge standards. Oversee the efforts of used vehicle salespeople to enhance the dealership's image and customer satisfaction ratings. Help salespeople close deals. Communicate daily with the new vehicle sales manager regarding units needed for used‑vehicle inventory. Ensure that used vehicle salespeople are informed of all new inventory and current advertising efforts, including special sales. Appraise all incoming used vehicles. Ensure cosmetic and mechanical reconditioning is performed within the dealership's cost and time limitations. Plan and control the display of used vehicles. Establish and control wholesaling activities. Develop delivery procedures and ensure that delivery includes introduction to the service department and scheduling of the first service appointment. Assist in the development of advertising campaigns and other promotions. Keep abreast of auto auction activity and prices, and attend auctions on a regular basis. Approve all paperwork from auctions and provide proper documentation to the office for purchases. Track results of auction purchases and compare gross profits of auction vehicles with those of trade‑ins. Develop and maintain outside sources (wholesalers and retailers) for purchasing and selling units. Handle customer complaints immediately and according to dealership guidelines. Attend manager's meetings. Maintain a professional appearance. Other tasks as assigned. Qualifications Previous dealership and management experience is a huge plus. Leadership skills with a passion for training fellow employees. High energy and enthusiasm throughout the sales workday. Goal‑oriented, friendly personality, especially when negotiating pricing. Attention to detail and strong problem‑solving capabilities. Quality customer service, communication, computer, and basic math skills. Clean driving record and valid driver's license.
