Certifications: BLS required; CNOR preferred

Must-Have:

• Strong general Operating Room and robotics experience
• Proficient in specialties: General, Bariatrics, Trauma, GYN, Urology, Robotics, Orthopedics, Neuro, Podiatry
• Effective communication skills with Anesthesia team, Surgeon, Nursing team, and Leadership
• Ability to prioritize efficiently understanding acuity, trauma, emergent, urgent, and add-on cases

Description: Seeking a Charge Operating Room RN for day shifts in an Operating Room setting. Candidate must have significant experience in both circulating and scrubbing roles. The role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to manage daily operations effectively. Experience in trauma and familiarity with a range of surgical procedures is essential. The Registered Nurse will work collaboratively with the surgical team to ensure optimal patient care. Must be able to respond to the dynamic nature of the Operating Room environment. On-call responsibilities will be required as part of the position. This position involves working with a variety of surgical specialties and technology. The ability to remain calm under pressure and handle emergencies is crucial. Candidates must demonstrate a commitment to professional development and patient advocacy.
