Role Description The Information Technology Administrator is a full-time, on-site role based in Caddo Mills, TX. This role is responsible for managing and maintaining the company’s IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and end-user systems, to ensure reliable and secure operations. Day-to-day tasks include providing technical support to staff, monitoring system performance, performing routine maintenance and updates, and troubleshooting hardware and software issues. The IT Administrator will configure and manage network devices, user accounts, and system permissions, as well as assist with data backup, recovery processes, and cybersecurity best practices. The role also collaborates with leadership to identify technology improvements that support logistics operations and business growth. Responsibilities Provide technical support to staff and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues. Monitor system performance, perform routine maintenance and updates, and troubleshoot problems to minimize downtime. Configure and manage network devices, user accounts, and system permissions. Assist with data backup and recovery processes and implement cybersecurity best practices. Collaborate with leadership to identify technology improvements that support logistics operations and business growth. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong information technology skills, with experience supporting business-critical systems and applications. Candidates should possess technical support and troubleshooting skills to resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues efficiently. Candidates should possess network administration skills, including configuring and maintaining routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs. Candidates should possess system administration skills, including managing servers, user accounts, operating systems, and security settings. Relevant experience with Windows and/or Linux environments, Microsoft 365, and common business software tools is beneficial. Knowledge of cybersecurity practices, data backup and recovery, and documentation of IT processes is beneficial. Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills, with the ability to support users at different technical levels.
