We are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians to join our team in a part-time capacity. As an RBT, you will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized treatment plans for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 therapy to clients in home and community-based settings.
- Implement individualized ABA treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
- Collect and record data on client progress and behaviors.
- Assist in the development of behavior intervention strategies.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
- Maintain positive, supportive relationships with clients and their families.
- Adhere to ethical guidelines and standards of the BACB.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent (required).
- Current RBT certification through the BACB (preferred).
- Reliable transportation.
- Previous experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities (preferred).
- Flexibility, empathy, patience, and a solution-oriented, client-centered approach.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills, timeliness, and effective time management.
