Job summary:As a Client Skills Training & Practice Management (US Private Bank) Design and Delivery Vice President on the Client Skills Training Private Bank Design and Practice Management team, you will be working closely with senior leaders across the Private Bank. You will design and deliver high‑impact learning experiences that translate business strategy into real client behaviors, improving advisor effectiveness and confidence, and shaping how elite Advisors grow their businesses.Job responsibilities:Design and deliver Client Skills Programs that directly support Private Bank Advisor effectiveness in real client situationsTranslate business priorities into practical learning experiences, tools, and frameworks used in the fieldFacilitate high-energy, high-credibility sessions for Advisors and senior stakeholdersPartner with Private Bank leadership, Business Management, and HR to identify skills gaps and design solutions that move performanceOwn programs end-to-end from concept and design through facilitation, iteration, and impact assessment.Continuously refine content based on feedback, outcomes, and evolving business needs.Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:4+ years of experience in learning design, facilitation, coaching, consulting, or a related fieldBachelor’s Degree requiredStrong facilitation presence and executive-level communication skillsExperience in financial services, ideally wealth management/private banking, or a performance-driven front-office environmentPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:Demonstrated ability to design practical, behavior-changing learning experiences.Experience working with and advising senior business leadersProactive, takes initiative, and uses critical thinking to solve problems Strong team player who collaborates effectively JPMorganChase, one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world’s most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
