Agape is seeking a talented multi-faceted carpenter - a Jack or Jill of all trades! In this fun and exciting role you will help area homeowners; every day brings something new! Agape is a family owned, well-established Design and Build Company iwth offices in Kirkwood and Chesterfield.  RESPONSIBILITIES TYPICALLY INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO: Trim work including base trim and crown molding, miscellaneous cabinet trim Minor plumbing, electrical and HVAC Miscellaneous siding, soffit, fascia work Window replacements and bending of aluminum trim Deck repairs and maintenance Minor tile, flooring, drywall repairs; painting touchupsREQUIREMENTS: Residential Carpentry experience and knowledge of framing and finish Able to assess, generate solutions and execute minor repairs in mechanical, plumbing, electrical, flooring, drywall, painting, etc.; think outside the boxAble to complete drywall repairs including mudding/taping sanding to a high-quality finishAble to work independently Have your own well maintained hand tools Drive a truck or van Valid driver's license Have excellent time management skills and comfortable managing your scheduleBENEFITS: Steady 40 hours per week Excellent Health, Dental, Vision, Short- and Long- Term Disability insurance, Life Insurance benefits Paid Time Off (PTO) and Paid Holidays Simple IRA with company match Mileage reimbursement Weekends off - great work / life balanceCompetitive compensation based on experience
