Medication Aide- Artisan Mt. Pleasant

Pay range $19- 21 per hour 

Open Shifts:

We are hiring for Medication Aide on third shift Memory Care, but this position works primary as a caregiver with a lite medication pass.

Job Description

• Assist and/or administer medications as prescribed by physician to residents. 
• Document all medication management related information. 
• Notify LVN/LPN of any negative medication reactions. 
• Assist and/or manage all medication refills. 
• Update records as necessary. 

Qualifications

• Experience as a caregiver and must have medication certification.
• First Aid/CPR certified.
