Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end AVaaS program delivery, from solution design through transition to steady-state operations.
- Own SLA, KPI, service quality, and financial performance.
- Plan and execute service transitions while managing risks and dependencies.
- Coordinate with OEMs, vendors, and global delivery teams.
- Provide governance, reporting, and executive-level communication.
- Ensure compliance with AV standards, security policies, and organizational requirements.
- Manage vendor performance and transition risks.
- Oversee event support, studio operations, and VIP executive support services.
- Drive continuous service improvements and operational excellence.

Ideal Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate has 8-15+ years of experience managing enterprise AV managed services or AVaaS programs, with proven expertise in global service delivery, transition management, vendor governance, SLA/KPI ownership, and executive stakeholder management. Candidates with PMP and/or ITIL certification and experience supporting enterprise AV, conferencing, event, or collaboration services are especially strong fits.
