Hardware Fulfillment Specialist

Shift: 1st shift hours, M-F 8am - 5pm Duration: 12 Months Pay range: $30.30 - $34.09/hr. Onsite Job This position will be responsible for fulfilling hardware requests related to broken hardware within Client's facilities. This fulfillment includes stocking, picking, tracking, configuring, and shipping hardware. The position also manages detailed inventory tracking and warranty processing. This role requires high attention to detail and a strong understanding of inventory systems, and the data required to accurately leverage them. The role may work directly with Client's contacts to understand impact to the end user, so the ability to clearly communicate both verbal and written and build excellent business relationships quickly is essential.

Time Allocation

This role must be flexible enough to provide whatever services are needed in any given day. Below is an example of how time could be spent:

• 60% fulfillment of hardware incidents (picking and shipment of hardware)
• 25% inventory tracking and reconciliation
• 15% configuration/application of firmware

Top Must Haves

1. Detail oriented and ability to provide systematic reporting
2. Experience working with inventory systems and the detailed data required to accurately leverage those systems
3. Excellent communication both written and verbal as well as relationship building skills
4. Positive attitude and ability/comfort working in ambiguity with little oversight. Strong problem-solving capabilities and analytical skills
5. Interest in learning more about new and evolving technologies
6. Ability to lift/move pallets and packages of 25 lbs.+

Nice to Haves

1. Technical degree
2. Experience working in a corporate environment
3. ServiceNow, Excel and SharePoint experience
