Outdoor Utility Techs to clean needed

Job Summary Reporting to site leadership, the outdoor utility technician is responsible for delivery of outdoor supplies, trash removal, and various other utility maintenance responsibilities. Position Details Full-Time | Shift 1: 6:00AM–2:00PM | Shift 2: 2:00PM–10:00PM | Salary: $15.00 per hour Responsibilities Maintain outdoor areas of property, parking lots, pool areas, stairwells, etc. Perform various utility maintenance tasks, including external leaf blowing and maintenance cleaning functions. Other duties as may be assigned. Supervision This position has no supervisory responsibilities. Requirements & Working Conditions Physical demands include significant lifting, carrying, pushing, and/or pulling; some climbing and balancing; frequent stooping, kneeling, crouching, and/or crawling; and significant fine finger dexterity. The job typically requires 10% sitting, 40% walking, and 50% standing. The job is performed under minimal temperature variations while exposed to the elements and some hazardous conditions.
